Life during lockdown

We just wanted to keep in touch with you during this very difficult and uncertain period. We really hope that you are all staying well and safe and send you our warmest best wishes.

Casa Fina has now been closed for nearly 4 weeks and it is certainly very strange popping in to an empty shop, we certainly miss being there and catching up with everyone. We look forward to a time when we can open the doors and welcome everyone back

New displays

Even before the Prime Minister's announcement we had decided that closing was the right thing to do. That meant we had time to redo all the displays in the shop. Here's a sneek preview.

We still have the Spring Window in situ but hopefully we'll be able to change that soon as I'm sure that locals who walk past each day on their permtted exercise are getting a bit bored. It usually takes two of us but this time due to social distancing it might be Susi and her husband Steve - not sure how that will work out - watch this space!

New products due in

Once the lock down restrictions are lifted we will be getting in the deliveries that were due in April. 

Mia Sarosi's pourers and bowls flew out last time they were in stock. They are quirky and beautifully painted.

We will also have more Salisbury mugs, the latest Emma Bridgewater designs and deliveries from Burleigh Pottery, Miranda Smith (our favourite cheetahs) and Lisa Angel.

Keeping in touch

The girls at Casa Fina are all great at keeping in touch. We have a WhatsApp group and have been having video chats once a week to catch up with each other and to share news.

We'd love you to stay in touch too - if you can follow one of the social media channels that would be fabulous. You'll get to see all the pretty pictures that we post. Remember that you don't have to be active on Instagram yourself, we have followers who never post anything but like to keep up with their favourite shops and brands.

What can we do for you?

There is plenty of time now to do those things that have been put on a back burner and that applies to Casa Fina too. We love to style - as you can see from our shop displays but haven't had time to develop that as a service.

Would you like some free help to style your home? Send a photo of a room, piece of furniture or corner and we'll get back to you with tips, pictures and suggestions.

When we are open again we could even bring a selection of accessories to you and have a go at a restyle in your home which could be a lovely thing to do.

Shopping during lockdown

If you need something to cheer you up or have a present that you need to buy then do please contact us. You can email or message on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. We can then post the item to you or home deliver if you live nearby. Postage will either be free or minimal depending on the item.

We can also send out Gift Vouchers to you with no deadline for redemption if you would prefer.
